Terms & conditions for health insurance promotion

1. All purchases must be completed during the promotion period.
2. Applies only to Singapore Residents.
3. Rewards will be given via paynow after freelook period.
4. Applies to Integrated Shield Plans, Careshield supplements, other hospitalisation insurance.
5. If multiple plans are purchased, $50 reward will be given for each successful purchase e.g. if 3 plans are purchased, total cash reward would be $50 x 3 = $150.
